Melony Home provides professional home improvement services focused on:

• Kitchen Renovations
• Bathroom Refinishing
  We do not sell or ship any physical products.

Service Areas

We currently serve only in Florida areas.
If your location falls outside these areas, please contact us before booking.

Refund Policy

• Renovation/Refinishing Services:
• Refunds are available only before the project starts.
• Once work begins, no refunds will be issued.

Pricing & Estimates

• All service prices are estimated and subject to change after on-site inspection.
• Final pricing may vary based on factors like material selection, structural conditions, or custom
  requests.
• Estimates will be provided and agreed upon before any work begins.

Payment Terms

Kitchen Renovation:

50% upfront payment required before project begins. Remaining 50% is due upon completion.

Bathroom Refinishing:

100% upfront payment is required.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials:

• Kitchen Renovations: 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials
• Bathroom Refinishing: 6-month limited warranty on coating and finish
  Warranties cover:
• Peeling or bubbling due to workmanship
• Surface failures due to normal use
  Warranties do not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse or physical impact
• Use of harsh or abrasive cleaners
• Pre-existing plumbing or structural issues

• Melony Home reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe or misrepresented conditions.
• All cancellations, changes, or project requests must be submitted in writing.
